- History of significant head or ear injury
- Recent ear surgery or active treatment of an ear condition
Volume and use safety
For your hearing safety:
- Start at low volume settings and increase gradually
- If sounds become uncomfortable, painful, or distorted, lower the volume or stop using immediately

Battery, charging, and care

- Do not disassemble the device — there are no user-serviceable internal components
- Keep out of reach of children. The device and ear-tips can be a choking hazard
- Clean ear-tips regularly with the included brush; replace if damaged or worn
